About Beaumont
Beaumont is the area covered by the Beaumont Residential Association in southwest Lexington, between Harrodsburg Road and Man o' War Boulevard with New Circle Road to the north. Beaumont Centre is the commercial side of it, a retail and office park inside the association boundary. Moondance Amphitheater, a city facility at 1152 Monarch Street, sits inside the association's boundary. It hosts the free Summer Nights in Suburbia concert series and the Southland Jamboree's summer bluegrass shows. The association's own site also covers the Beaumont Preserve trail. Almost all of Beaumont is in the 40513 zip code and council district 10, and it collects trash on Thursday. The two exceptions are small and are covered below.

What's Nearby
Moondance Amphitheater is at 1152 Monarch Street, inside the Beaumont boundary, and Beaumont Centre is the area's retail and office park. To the south along Harrodsburg Road is Palomar and its Palomar Centre shopping center. Garden Springs, West Gardenside, The Colony and Parker's Landing border Beaumont or sit within half a mile of it, all in council district 10. Gardenside is a little farther out and is in district 11.

As of fall 2026, recent sales inside the Beaumont Residential Association area have run from about $390,000 to $890,000, and the current listings skew toward the top of that range. The condos and townhomes at Beaumont Park and along Beaumont Centre start lower. Development of the old Beaumont Farm was in its early stages in October 1992, and most lots were platted from the mid-1990s through the 2000s, so it's newer than Palomar next door.
Schools
